Background:
She lives with her mum Julie and her stepdad Baz in a two bedroom house in a council estate in Barnsley. Stacey Leigh used to be a upbeat bright girl who loved to socialise with friends, however now a days she keeps herself to herself and isn't very sociable, she doesn't have many friends at school anymore and is quite lonely. Stacey Leigh spends most nights in her room at home. She is not very close to her mum anymore since her mums boyfriend Baz moved in, and then her mum, mysteriously disappearing one night, that's when she and her life started to change. Stacey Leigh was getting abused mentally and physically by her stepdad Baz everyday. She was trapped. Stacey Leigh turned to drugs as a escape, even though she knew it wasn't the answer but its the only way to feel free and keep her going.
